Status
Type: Small Molecule
Status: Phase II
Sponsor: Neuraltus Pharmaceuticals

TDI Says:

A Phase II clinical trial failed to meet statistical significance, but a post hoc analysis suggested evidence of subgroup response. We are hopeful that the next trial will be designed and powered in a way to facilitate an accurate understanding of this compound vs. placebo. We urge caution in the reliance on historical controls and post hoc analysis alone to support advancement of any drug through the clinical trial process.
