This past summer, your Facebook news feed was FLOODED with videos of the historic #ALSIceBucketChallenge. Chances are you answered the bell, poured a bucket on yourself, and nominated friends, family, and co-workers to do the same! Team FrateTrain is keeping the momentum strong for 2015. If you live in Massachusetts, chances are you know Pete Frates, have heard his story, or at least know somebody that knows Pete and his amazing family. Team FrateTrain has been the rallying cry around raising awareness for this wicked disease and help STRIKE IT OUT! This summer, Melissa and Andrew Ruggiero will be part of Team FrateTrain taking on a 3-day 270-mile bike ride from Newton, MA and ending in Greenwhich, CT. The ride takes hundreds of riders though 3 states with one common goal - funding the research efforts of ALS-TDI in Cambridge, MA to find an effective treatment for ALS. Please join us for a class at this awesome indoor cycling studio to help raise funds for ALS. We have called this place our second home over the past year.
