The A.L.S. Family Charitable Foundation is proud to announce that the 18th Annual 'Cliff Walk' For A.L.S. Sponsored by Superior Rail And Iron Works Inc. will take place on Sunday, September 7, 2014! Come spend an exhilarating day on the beautiful, scenic Cape Cod Canal (at the Buzzards Bay Recreation Area) and join hundreds of walkers for a full day of fun and fundraising, featuring activities for the whole family, live music featuring The Moonlighters and Push 4171, raffles, prizes, games, lunch, and of course a 7-mile walk along the canal!
Proceeds support A.L.S. research through the A.L.S. Therapy Development Institute (Cambridge, MA) and Dr. Robert Brown of UMass Memorial Center as well as our in-house Patient Programs including the A. George Kerr Patient Fund, the Bobby Murray Jr. Communication Equipment Fund, the Heath Millward Vacation Fund, the Scholarship Program, the Jan Ferrara 'Getaway For A Day' Fund, the Children's Program and the Respite Care Grant. |
