Please join us for our 8th Annual Charity Classic benefiting Salute Military Golf Association, the Employee Partner Care Foundation, and Augie's Quest.  There are several events scheduled over the weekend for you to support these charities.  Friday night, September 12, 2014 we will be hosting a tennis round robin and social mixer courtside to follow.

The golf tournament will kickoff on Saturday, September 13, 2014 with a 1:00pm shotgun.  Registration on the day of the event will begin at 11:30am and will include lunch as well as ticket(s) to the poolside concert beginning at 7:00pm.  

Whether you are participating in one of the sporting events or not, join us celebrate a great cause by dancing the night away poolside with live music by Tidewater Drive on Saturday, September 13 at 7:00pm.  The evening will also be featuring tasty appetizers and cocktails by Executive Chef Steven Mongold and there will V.I.P. seating with personalized service available for silent auction bids opening September 2, 2014 and will be given to the highest bidder.

Members and non-members alike are invited to be a part of the world's largest golf and dining event!  Since it’s inception in 2007, ClubCorp has raised more than 10 million dollars in it’s annual Charity Classic. Each event benefits three charities, MDA’s Augie’s Quest, The Employee Partner Care Foundation and a local charity chosen by each Club. This year, Timarron is proud to support the Miracle League of Southlake as it’s third beneficiary. 

The Miracle League program provides an opportunity for children with mental and/or physical challenges to play baseball! The custom-designed field has a cushioned, rubberized surface to help prevent injuries and to facilitate the use of wheelchairs and walkers and the special needs of the amazing Players who rush out on it each week The Miracle League makes dreams come true. 

In 2015, Bicentennial Park in Southlake, Texas will be the home of a brand new Texas Rangers Miracle Field! This will be an exciting addition to the community and the Miracle League is excited to serve Southlake and the surrounding communities!

Start your day with a competitive golf tournament on our Byron Nelson signature designed course. The tournament will be $100 per player and includes cart, water, Gatorade and lunch on the course, and the reception following play. Registration begins at 11:30a.m. with a 12:30p.m shotgun start. Tournament participants will also receive a "Member for the Day" certificate, which entitles the bearer to a complimentary round of golf at 29 ClubCorp Clubs within the DFW and South Texas area, as well as a 2 for 1 benefit at seven Business and Sports Clubs; a $2,500 value!

Join us in the evening for a lavish reception in our newly renovated Clubhouse.Enjoy an elaborate assortment of food prepared by our Award Winning Executive Chef, complimentary beer and wine, live entertainment, an extravagant silent auction, a DJ with dancing, childcare and more! All Tournament Members receive complimentary access tot he reception. Invite your guests to attend for only $35! Childcare will be available for all children ages 3-12 for $10 per child. Doors open at 6:00p.m. and we'll keep the party going until midnight! 100 percent of the proceeds will go directly to the three charities.
