The annual Charity Classic is one of the biggest fundraisers ClubCorp does. The Charity Classic benefits Augies Quest, the Employee Partner Care Foundation and local Denton charity, Michael's Memories. The golf tournament will be a 9 AM shotgun and the after party carnival will begin at 1 PM.
Augie's Quest Information: "The purpose of Augie’s Quest has always been to fund research and drug development aimed at ending ALS, Lou Gehrig’s disease. Since 2007, Augie’s Quest has raised nearly $40 million in support of finding effective ALS treatments- making it the largest individual fundraising program for ALS!"
Employee Partner Care Foundation Information: "The Employee Partners Care Foundation (E.P.C.F) is an independent 501(c)3 fund established to help Employee Partners of clubs in the ClubCorp family in need of financial assistance in times of crisis. Donations to the E.P.C.F. are made through the Charity Classic, Employee Partner donations and private donations. Since its creation in 2007, the E.P.C.F. has granted more than 1,500 requests and awarded more than $1.8 million to Employee Partners and their families"
Michael's Memories Information: "Our mission is to provide firefighters that have cancer the chance to take an all-expense paid vacation with their family, giving them the opportunity to escape the stress, trauma, and financial impact that undergoing the treatment of cancer creates while involving the community and raising cancer awareness to the public."
