full swing. Attendees can participate in silent and live auctions with items ranging from local retail items
and original artwork to once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

All proceeds from this evening benefit Camp Rise Above, giving kids strength through their journey;
Augie's Quest, helping find a cure for Lou Gehrig's Disease;
and Employee Partner Care Foundation, assisting ClubCorp Employees in times of financial crisis.

A Story from Camp Rise Above

Last summer, Jamiya was a camper at Camp Rise Above’s summer day camps.  
The 8-year old had a brain tumor.  During the two day camp, Jamiya did everything a little girl should do – swim,
do arts and crafts, sing camp songs and play games. Three months later, Jamiya passed away; 
however, she got the chance to go to camp and be a “normal” kid.

Shake out that flapper dress, dust off those trousers and come out to the Town Point Club for a 1920's cocktail party! Join us for our 8th Annual Charity Classic and enjoy an evening full of fun and giving. There will local beer and wine, heavy hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and live music. The proceeds from that evening will benefit local charity Peter Decker Children's Charity as well as ALS TDI and ClubCorp's Employee Partner Care Foundation. There are many ways to give: attend, donate auction items, or sponsor the event!

This year’s ClubCorp Charity Classic® will benefit The Arlington Margarita Society’s Arlington Childrens’ Toys which distributes new toys to area children through Arlington Santa Cops during the holiday season. Other beneficiaries include EPCF and Augie's Quest.

Lost Creek Country Club is excited to host their 6th Annual Lost Creek Charity Classic ― Friday, October 17th, 2014

During this historic event Lost Creek Country Club will open it’s doors to the community and Austin area to raise money for three worthwhile charities.  The event will consist of a Golf Tournament, a Lawn Chair Tennis Tournament, Pay Back your Trainer Event and a party at 530pm. The Golf tournament , Lawn Chair Tennis Event, and the Pay Back your Trainer Event also includes the party at 530pm.  You can also register for the After Party Only.  All the events surrounding the Lost Creek Charity Classic are open to the public – members of the community are encouraged to participate.

ALL proceeds raised during the event will be divided and donated to three separate charities:

 CARY, The Council on At-Risk Youth (CARY) helps youth promote safe schools and safe communities through PeaceRox, serving 750 at-risk youth in ten AISD schools (middle school and high school).

 Augie’s Quest, an aggressive, cure-driven effort singularly focused on treatments and cures for ALS, (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig’s disease). 

 ClubCorp’s Employee Partners Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.), a fund created to help ClubCorp employees and their families by providing financial assistance in times of crisis. 

The Country Club of the South will hold our annual Charity Classic Event Oct 17-18, 2014.  On Friday, October 17, all proceeds from Golf, including guest fees, cart fees and donations for a chance to "Beat the Pro" will be donated.   On Saturday, October 18, plan on joining us for dinner at the Club!  We will donate 10% of ALL Food and Beverage revenue generated from 5:00-10:00pm.  A Silent Auction will open on Friday morning at 8:00am and close on Saturday evening at 10pm.  There's lots of great items to bid on including themed gift baskets, a Chef's Table Dinner for 8, golf packages and more!
