Join the Piedmont Club for the 10th Annual ClubCorp Charity Classic. The theme this year is Denim and Diamonds, and we are thrilled to have Kimberly Van Scoy of WXII and Forsyth County District Attorney, Jim O'Neill as Honorary Co-Chairs. This year's local beneficiary is known as "a safe haven from Domestic Violence", Next Step Ministries. On the national level, ClubCorp has chosen ALS's Augie's Quest and the Employee Partner Care Foundation as beneficiaries. This extraordinary evening will include live music by the Phase Band, dancing, karaoke, live entertainment by First In Flight Entertainment celebrity impersonators, exciting hor d'oeurves stations and themed cocktails at the member charge/credit card bars. A silent and live auction will round out the evening activities. Event Ticket: $50 per person. Event attire is Upscale Denim & Diamonds and open to the public. Diamante Country Club is pleased to offer a Prime Rib Dinner Buffet with a drawing for door prizes on October 22, 2016; all proceeds from the dinner and drawing will go to the Charity Classic, which supports the ALS Foundation, HS/V Symphony Guild and the E.P.C.F. (Employee Partners Care Foundation).  In 2015, we raised over $3500.00 to be split among the three charities.  Let's try to top that in 2016!

Since 1967, the Autism Society of Pittsburgh has been the local action unit of the Autism Society of America, the foremost voice and resource of the nation’s autism community. We are comprised of volunteers, parents and professionals, working on behalf of all children and those of adult age on the autism spectrum. Our objective is to improve the lives of those with autism and related disorders of behavior and communication.

Autism Society of Pittsburgh’s operational imperative is the Options Policy of the Autism Society of America — “that parents have a right to learn about all resources and service options and to choose those they feel are most appropriate for their family member with autism.” This is as basic as the family itself, rooted deeply in the very foundation of our American republic.

As such, our Mission in the greater Pittsburgh area is:

To provide advocacy, support and thorough information on care, treatment, educational and habilitative service options available for those with autism spectrum disorders, autism-involved parents and families, and to professionals who work with them.

To encourage expansion and develop excellence in a continuum of appropriate service options.

To provide unbiased information for ALL such options to parents, families and to the caring professionals who work with them to reduce or overcome autism-disabling characteristics.

To help autism-involved parents, families and professionals grow by providing as much relevant information on autism spectrum disorders as is known to us.

Our large Charity Classic Event (Vegas Night & Golf Tournament) has been postponed until Friday, April 28, 2017.

This year we are excited to donate to the United Way of Davie County, Augie’s Quest (ALS) and the Employee Partner Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.). The United Way of Davie County gives to a number of local charities that go through a rigorous application process to receive funding. By giving to the United Way of Davie County you also support the following local non-profit charities: Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Buckle-Up Davie, The Dragonfly House, Salvation Army, Davie Family YMCA, Just Hope, Inc., Davie Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Center, Farmington Community Center, Davie County Group Home, Davie County 4-H, Boy Scouts of America/Old North State Council, Cancer Services, Inc. and United Way Direct Programs including Build a Backpack and Emergency Food & Shelter Program.

 Bermuda Run Country Club will donate all revenue from normal daily club operations collected from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. to the 3 charities for this years Charity Classic. 

We will offer the following:
$50 Guest Green Fee (includes cart fee)
$20 Cart Fee
$15 Lunch (includes one (1) entree, one (1) side & one (1) non-alcoholic beverage)
$4 Beers

**If you have already signed up for the large Charity Classic event, you will not be charged and any check received is available for pick up or shredded.**
