for the 10th Annual Charity Classic Golf Tournament at Stonebriar Country Club
Golf Registration begins at 11:00am
Shotgun Start at 12:30pm
Golf Entry Includes: 18 holes of golf on the Stonebriar CLUB COURSE, lunch, on course prizes, appetizers with beer and wine at the Caddyshack after party, access to a great silent auction and mingleing with friends. In addition, every player will receive a MEMBER-FOR-A-DAY certificate that allows them to play all 15 DFW Clubcorp properties as well as all 17 South Texas Clubcorp properties for only a cart fee! (restrictions may apply).
** note, if you want to sign up with a specific team, but are paying individually, please list all team members names in the comment section of the registration form before you hit Pay Now. In addition, please remember... proper dress code will be enforced. No denim, proper length shorts and soft spikes only.

A little about each deserving charity:
Heroes for Children - Heroes for Children advocates for and provides financial and social assistance to families with children (0-22years of age) battling cancer. Their vision is no family with a child battling cancer will fight alone. Since its inception, more than $5.5 million has been given to 4,500 families in need. The average financial assistance grant is $750 and goes toward assisting a family in paying expenses such as mortgage, rent, utilities, medical bills, etc...
ALS-TDI (Augie's Quest) - is determined to find a cure for ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, which effects some 5,000 American's each year. With ALS, a person loses the ability to control movement, but the brain remains perfectly normal eventually trapping the person in an unusable body. Can you imagine?
E.P.C.F - the ClubCorp Employee Partner Care Foundation was established to help employee partners of ClubCorp's family of clubs in need of financial assistance in times of crisis. The EPCF is available to assit with hardships in cases such as illness, death, fire, domestic situations, and other catastrophic events such as tornados, flooding and hurricanes.
