Charity Classic Golf Tournament

Space is limited to 120 players

Shotgun start: 1 p.m.

- 18 holes of golf 
- Hole In One Challenge
- Move Up Hole
- Lunch
- Treats on the course
- Access to a great Silent Auction

In addition, every player will receive a MEMBER FOR A DAY CERTIFICATE that allows you to play all (16) DFW ClubCorp properties as well as 13 South Texas properties for a cart fee! (restrictions may apply).

**Note: If you want to sign up with a specific team, but are paying individually, please list all team member's names in the comment section of the registration form, BEFORE you hit Pay Now. In addition, please remember proper dress code is strictly enforced.

***Note: If you cannot play the day of the event you can make a minimum $150 donation and still receive the $2500 Member For A Day Certificate. Simply use the "Donate" button and let us know you would like a certificate.

Thursday night will kick off with a Gala Dinner starting at 6pm.  There will be a cocktail reception followed by a four course meal and entertainment.  Beer and Wine will be included with the price of the event.  We will have live and silent auction opportunities that evening as well.

Friday morning we will host a shotgun start golf tournament, which will start at 9am.  There will be breakfast and golf followed by lunch.  During lunch there will be live and silent auctions along with prizes for the event.

Join us for an evening to celebrate moving forward by giving back. Discover what's next and experience what's new during our Charity Classic, Reinvention Reveal. $50.00 per person. Net proceeds benefit the Palmetto Health Foundation, the ALS Association and the Employee Partners Care Foundation. Exciting new hors d’oeuvres and tempting sampler dishes, Live Entertainment, and a variety of wine, beer and cocktails with themed action stations will keep the energy up for mixing and mingling with friends old and new. Give aways and other special entertainment are sure to delight so come out and indulge in the spirit of giving as we present a reinvented Capital City Club.

For eight years, ClubCorp and Haile Plantation Golf & Country Club have partnered to present the ClubCorp Charity Classic.

Around the country, over 150 private clubs will open their doors to the public for nationwide charity golf, tennis and dining events to support a number of charitable organizations. The United Way of North Central Florida, Augie’s Quest and The Employee Partner Care Foundation will benefit from our local event.

How Can You Help?

Donate to the Silent Auction: We are currently accepting items for our silent auction. Examples include: Gift certificates, movie or sports tickets, autographed items, sports memorabilia, etc.

Participate in the Event: Grab your friends and come on out for a day of golf and lots of great food!
 

Day of Golf, followed by an Old Fashioned BBQ with all the Fixin’s- $70 guests/ $55 members

Dinner Only- $40 guests/ $30 members

Hole Sponsorship: $100 to display your business/company name on signage on one of our holes.

Cart Sponsorship: $750 gives you exclusive recognition on all cart signage and one VIP table for 8 at the BBQ.
