Golf Registration begins at 11:00am

Coming for the Caddyshack After Party Only... It begins at 6:00pm (if you sign up for golf, you are already included in the Caddyshack after party).

Golf entry fee includes: 18 holes of golf on the Stonebriar CLUB COURSE, lunch, on course prizes, appetizers with beer and wine at the Caddyshack after party, access to a great silent acution and mingleing with friends.  In addition, every player will receive a MEMBER FOR A DAY CERTIFICATE that allows them to play all (16) DFW Clubcorp properties as well as (13) South Texas properties for only a cart fee!  (restrictions may apply).

** Note:  If you want to sign up with a specific team, but are paying individually, please list all team members names in the comment section of the registration form, before you hit Pay Now.  In addition, please remember proper dress code is strictly enforced.  No denim, proper length shorts, and soft-spikes only.

A little about each of the deserving charities:
- CITY HOUSE - For more than 26 years, City House has been providing emergency shelter and transitional residential services to children and young adults of Collin Co. who are in need due to abuse, neglect or homelessness.
- ALS-TDI (AUGIE'S QUEST) - Augie's Quest is determined to find a cure for ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, which effects some 5,000 American's each year.  With ALS, a person loses the ability to control movement, but the brain remains perfectly normal eventually trapping the person in an unuseable body.  Can you imagine? 
- E.P.C.F. - The Employee Partner Care Foundation was established to help employee partners of ClubCorp's family of clubs in need of finanical assistance in times of crisis.  The E.P.C.F. is available to assit with hardships in cases such as illness, death, fire, domestic situations, and other catastrophic events such as tornados, flooding and hurricanes.

Braemar's Charity Classic

11:00AM: Shotgun - Golf Tournament - 4 Person Scramble (Singles and groups of 2 or 3 people are welcome)

$95 inclusive per person

Join Braemar Country Club's annual charity fundraiser for a special day beginning with a shot gun tournament and ending with live music and dancing. This day will feature live entertainment, delicious buffet and a live auction. Invite friends and family as we support our local Wilbur Elementary School.

Join Southern Trace Country Club in their 8th year of giving!  This year all proceeds will be donated to the EPCF (Employee Partner Care Foundation, which provides assistance for any Club Corp employee in need), Auggie’s Quest (MDA Research Project), and our local partner this year, Community Renewal International.

After the Charity Classic Golf Tournament, enjoy dinner and cocktails at the Club.  We will have an awards ceremony and be sure to take a chance on the items in the Silent Auction!  This is sure to be a fun filled night of giving back!

The Golf Tournament will be a 3 Person Scramble.

The 2014 ClubCorp Charity Classic will be held on November 7, 2014 at Porter Valley Country Club and benefits the ALS Therapy Development Institute - Augie’s Quest to Cure ALS, ClubCorp’s Employee Partners Care Foundation and Susan G. Koman's Rally For The Cure. Our local Charity Classic is a part of the world’s largest golf and dining event that will take place at over 130 ClubCorp private clubs throughout the US. In the past seven years, over 88,000 participants have helped ClubCorp raise nearly $12 million.

Now more then ever we need your help. Our goal for 2014 is to increase total participation to 16,000 and raise $2.5 million+. There are a number of ways for you to participate.

* Attend Golf Tournament. The cost is only $90 per person and is a great way to entertain family, friends, or business associates.
* Attend the Cocktail party only  for $30 per person and enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres and bid on our amazing silent auction items.
* Attend the Cocktail party then play in our Tennis tournament for $50 per person.

Donate a product/service to be featured in our silent auction.

Become a sponsor locally, regionally or nationally. Sponsorship packages start at $200.

Thursday night will kick off with a Gala Dinner starting at 6pm.  There will be a cocktail reception followed by a four course meal and entertainment.  Beer and Wine will be included with the price of the event.  We will have live and silent auction opportunities that evening as well.

Friday morning we will host a shotgun start golf tournament, which will start at 9am.  There will be breakfast and golf followed by lunch.  During lunch there will be live and silent auctions along with prizes for the event.
