At Brookfield Country Club we can’t think of a better way to kick of the season for giving back than to host our 2015 Charity Classic! On November 8 & 9 Brookfield Country Club will be opening it’s door to the public for a festival of fun and to benefit a local non-profit.
Brookfield residents, Club Members, guests, families, friends and locals are all invited to join us in celebrating our local heroes at our Charity Classic Chili Cook-off and Festival on Sunday, November 8 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Come experience the family fun on our Club’s driving range where we will be having live music, activities and, of course, lots of chili! Our Chili Cook-off competition is open for anyone who would like to enter and put their recipe up to the ultimate taste test! For more information on entering the Chili Cook-off please email Bri Calov: bri.calov@clubcorp.com. We can’t crown a chili cook-off champion without a popular consensus from our attendees so if you are a better taste tester than a cooker make sure you save the date for November 8! Frequent Brookfield Country Club’s Facebook page for updates on purchasing tickets for this event as the date approaches. Remember all money raised goes directly to charity!
We will be wrapping up our Charity Classic Chili Cook-off festival with an exciting event you don’t want to miss out on: a fireball drop! Attendees can purchase golf balls, write their name on them, put them into a giant bucket and cross their fingers for good luck as we send the bucket way up in the air on the firetruck’s ladder and released at the 10th hole tee box. The lucky ball that lands closest to the pin will be taking home a BIG prize.
Tickets for both events are purchased through this website and all ticket sales go directly back to our three charities.
For everyone who is interested in playing golf, our Charity Classic golf tournament will take place on Monday, November 9. Anyone and everyone is welcome to enter the tournament for a great day of fun! Register as an individual, a foursome or even under a business sponsorship and play golf while raising money for an excellent cause!
There are multiple sponsorship opportunities available for both events and are tax deductible. If you own or manage a small business and would like an opportunity to promote your name or brand this will be a great opportunity to reach hundreds of local community Members of the Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton and Woodstock area. If you would like more information on sponsorship opportunities please contact Bri Calov.
Each year all ClubCorp clubs across the nation participate in their own Charity Classic with 2 goals in mind: to outdo all other clubs in the country by creating an event bigger than the other and to raise the most money possible. Each Charity Classic benefits three non-profit organizations: Augie’s Quest for ALS research, the ClubCorp Employee Partners Care Foundation and a local charity of the Club’s choosing. This year we are partnered up with the Roswell Fire Department and contributing the money raised to the Roswell Fire & Police Foundation. This non-profit organization goes to help aid relief for the families of firefighters and police officers if they become injured on the job and are in need of temporary financial assistance.
