On November 13th we will be hosting a golf tournament to help benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. This will include 18 holes of golf played in a four man scramble format followed by live music, dinner, and drinks. We are looking to have around 100 participants in the event. There will be parking and registration at 11:00am prior to the tee off at 1:00pm. There will be multipal on course games as well as a putting contest, raffel, and prizes.

Golf Entry Includes: 18 holes of golf on the Stonebriar CLUB COURSE, lunch, on course prizes, appetizers with beer and wine at the Caddyshack after party, access to a great silent auction and mingleing with friends.  In addition, every player will receive a MEMBER-FOR-A-DAY certificate  that allows them to play all 15 DFW Clubcorp properties as well as all 17 South Texas Clubcorp properties for only a cart fee!  (restrictions may apply).

** note, if you want to sign up with a specific team, but are paying individually, please list all team members names in the comment section of the registration form before you hit Pay Now.  In addition, please remember... proper dress code will be enforced. No denim, proper length shorts and soft spikes only.

A little about each deserving charity:
Frisco Fastpacs - Our mission at Frisco Fastpacs is simple.  We want to ensure that no child in Frisco has to endure hunger when school is not in session.  Caring for kids, one pack at a time.  Every week throughout the school year, we deliver individual pre-packed bags to FISD schools that include enough food for 7 meals for each qualifying child for them to eat over the weekend at home.  Frisco Fastpacs is based solely on donations of food & funds for neighboring children.
ALS-TDI (Augie's Quest) - is determined to find a cure for ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, which effects some 5,000 American's each year.  With ALS, a person loses the ability to control movement, but the brain remains perfectly normal eventually trapping the person in an unusable body.  Can you imagine?
E.P.C.F - the ClubCorp Employee Partner Care Foundation was established to help employee partners of ClubCorp's family of clubs in need of financial assistance in times of crisis. The EPCF is available to assit with hardships in cases such as illness, death, fire, domestic situations, and other catastrophic events such as tornados, flooding and hurricanes.

Eagle Watch Golf Club is proud to present our inaugural Charity Classic in association with our local charity, Papa's Pantry, the E.P.C.F. and Augie's Quest. Join us Thursday, October 8th at 9am for a round of golf, lunch and an awards ceremony at Eagle Watch Golf Club. All net proceeds from the event will be allocated to the charitable organizations listed above.

An essential part of the Woodstock community since 1998, Papa's Pantry helps individuals and families re-establish stability and self-reliance by offering a variety of programs including immediate food assistance, employment strategies, and life skills through hands-on support and ongoing training.

Who knew giving could be so much fun! GIVE. GOLF. DINE. Since 2007, Clubcorp has raised more than $14.5 million in its annual Charity Classic. All participants of the Golf Tournament are invited to attend the Welcome Back Party. During the golf tournament you have a chance to win Hole in One and Closest to the Pin prizes. You may also sponsor a hole to promote your business or just have fun entertaining the golfers.

This year's Welcome Back Party will be supporting our efforts to raise donations for the Clubcorp Charity Classic. The cost to attend this event will be donated to the Charity Classic. The Welcome Back Party will include a Five Course Dinner featuring Paul Elia's Dinner Show. There will be specialty drinks, dancing, live and silent auctions. S.O.S. is a local charity that provides free transportation to soldiers stationed at 29 Palms. Some of our Members at Desert Falls already support S.O.S. and we feel this is a great cause to support.

The 2015 ClubCorp Charity Classic will be held on October 16, 2015 at Porter Valley Country Club and benefits the ALS Therapy Development institute - Augie’s Quest to Cure ALS, ClubCorp’s Employee Partners Care Foundation and Susan G. Koman’s Rally For The Cure.  Our local Charity Classic is a part of the world’s largest golf and dining event that will take place at over 130 ClubCorp private clubs throughout the US.  In the past seven years, over 100,000 participants have helped ClubCorp raise nearly $15 million.

Now more then ever we need your help.  Our goal for 2015 is to increase total participation to 17,600 and raise $2.75 million.  There are a number of ways for you to participate.  

 The GOLF TOURNAMENT IS SOLD OUT!!  Please joing us for our Charity Walk around the Golf Course at 8am and our Cocktail Party and Silent Auction at 4pm.  Shotgun is at 11:00am

 8:00am - Attend the Charity Walk around our Golf Course prior to the Golf tournament for only $20 per person.
 4:00pm - Attend the Silent Auction/Cocktail Party only for $30 per person.
 Donate a product/service to be featured in our silent auction.
 Become a sponsor locally, regionally or nationally.  Sponsorship packages start at $200.
