Lab Tours and Open House

The lab doors at ALS TDI are always open to you
and during the Leadership Summit, we host a series
of special lab tours which are designed to
explain the research and development process from the ground up.
This is your chance to go inside the world's
only nonprofit biotech lab solely focused on finding a cure
for ALS.
About the Lab Tour:
Seeing is knowing that there are dedicated
researchers working on stopping ALS - lots of them!
Limited to 30 persons, each tour will begin
with an introduction to drug discovery and our research
pipeline. Several of our science team
members will participate in this round-robin presentation, held in the
conference room at ALS TDI in Cambridge.
You will be introduced to preclinical research, cell and molecular
biology, genotyping, among other tools used to
advance therapeutics for ALS. After the short presentation
each group will be invited to take a walk thru
of our laboratory space and ask questions.
