Browse our carefully curated silent auction while you mix and mingle with fellow club members and guests. And cap the night off with live entertainment from LiftOff Entertainment and Dj Jay! 

Join us for a meaningful and artisitc evening. We will be joined by local art organization, Pinot's Palette, for an eveing of collaborative painting, wine, light bites and fun. Join fellow painters in a landscape project of our very own clubhouse and golf course....the completed project will be hung in the ballroom for all to enjoy!

Welcome and Background

Welcome to the 13th Annual Morgan Run Charity Classic, part of the world’s largest golf, tennis, and dining event.  Since its inception in 2007, the Charity Classic has raised more than $20.3 million for local and national philanthropic organizations.  Please join us in support of this year’s outstanding beneficiaries, two of which are perennial favorites and one of which is a local charity of our choice. Participation is open to ALL members, family, and friends.

Perennial Favorites-

Augie's Quest - ALS TDI funds research and development aimed at ending ALS by supporting the ALS Therapy Development Institute, the world’s largest ALS-dedicated drug development organization.

Employee Partners Care Foundation provides financial assistance to employees of ClubCorp’s family of clubs in times of crisis.

Our Chosen Charity-

The William D. Lynch Foundation for Children offers victim and survivor services in the fight against sex trafficking, offering career opportunities through its Seeds of Hope initiative, emergency and crisis funding through its Bridges of Hope initiative, and subsidized housing for survivors and their children through its Homes of Hope initiative.

All three beneficiaries are 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, additional details for which can be found below.  Proceeds from the event will be processed through ALS TDI, Federal Tax ID 04-3462719.  

Charity Festival - Friday, October 4, 2019

Donation includes live and silent auctions and concert by local favorite, Atomic Groove! A full bar will be available for purchasing drinks. A variety of San Diego's leading food trucks will be on site for purchasing food.  Country club attire is required. Charity Festival is included with entry to the golf or tennis tournament. $15 per person through August 31, 2019 and $20 per person thereafter.

Golf Tournament - Saturday, October 5, 2019

Donation includes entry to the Golf Tournament, breakfast, lunch, and entry to the Charity Festival (details above).  Participants will enjoy on course beverages and compete for prizes such as closest to the pin, longest drive, straightest drive, and low team score.  As a single or a foursome, grab your clubs for a fun day of golf with a purpose.  Proper golf attire is required. $125 per person through July 31, 2019; $150 per person through August 31, 2019; and $175 per person thereafter.

Tennis Tournament - Saturday, October 5, 2019

Donation includes entry to the Tennis Tournament, breakfast, and entry to the Charity Festival (details above). Open to men and women of all levels, participants will "compete" in a social, doubles, round robin format.  As a single or with your doubles partner, grab your racket for an afternoon of tennis with a purpose. Proper tennis attire is required. $75 per person through July 31, 2019; $85 per person through August 31, 2019; and $95 per person thereafter.

Charity Festival VIP Upgrade - Friday, October 4, 2019

Enjoy all the benefits of the Charity Festival plus access to the exclusive VIP only lounge, which includes complimentary beverages, preferred viewing for the Atomic Groove concert, and a food truck meal voucher. Voucher has no cash value. Available only in combination with a Charity Festival, Golf Tournament, or Tennis Tournament registration.  $55 per person.

Participants must sign up on line at the Charity Classic website and pay with credit or debit card for tax decuction elgibility.   
Club Corp members can sign up on line as well and pay by charging the entrance fee to their member account but, member account charge is not tax deductable.

$125 per person:  Registration and lunch begins at 11:30am followed by a Best Ball Scramble 18H tournament.with shotgun start at 1:00pm. Snacks, beverages & ice cream are served on the course during play. afterwards, there will be a helicopter ball drop followed by an Awards Ceremony with open bar, live music and heavy hors d'oeuvre reception.  Players also receive a return round of golf at Monarch and an opportunity for complimentary green fees at each of ClubCorp's Florida properties.  Non-golfing guests Award Reception $40.

Join us at Atlanta National Golf Club on Friday, October 4th from 12 - 2pm, to check out all the latest fall and winter fashions and accessories provided by a local vendor. A light lunch is also included before the fashion show begins.

The $25.00 donation per person goes to benefit three different charitable organizations: Augies Quest; for ALS research, the Club Corp Employee Care Fund; for Club Corp employees who are in need of temporary assistance and Light House Family Retreat; benefiting families whose children are battling cancer.

All guests must register on line on the Charity Classic web page or call the club and someone can register you and get payment information.. Credit card payment is the preferred method but payment can be made by check or member charge.

Tennis event for the Charity Classic is a Potluck event. Bring an appetizer, entree, side, or dessert to this event as we help raise funds for our charities.

Run or walk through beautiful East Lake Woodlands Community in our non-competitive 5K (no timing chip.)  Afterwards the kids participate in our 1 Mile Fun Run!  Power snacks and beverages provided!

Are you attending and of the home football games for the Texas Longhorns? Swing by our Horns Up Hideout Tailgate Tent three hours prior to kickoff and through0ut the game to purchase some amazing sports memorbilia from Diamonds in the Rough. There will be signed portraits, jerseys, footballs and more! 45 minutes before each kickoff we will raffle off one piece of memorbilia for an attendee at the tent. *Must be present to win.

The Carolina Club is THE place to be before every home UNC Football Game with the best tailgating food and the most entertaining atmosphere. Tailgates include special appearances from the UNC cheerleaders, dance team, Pep Band, Rameses and Rameses Jr. Each tailgate party starts three hours prior to kick off!
