Welcome and Background
Welcome to the 13th Annual Morgan Run Charity Classic, part of the world’s largest golf, tennis, and dining event. Since its inception in 2007, the Charity Classic has raised more than $20.3 million for local and national philanthropic organizations. Please join us in support of this year’s outstanding beneficiaries, two of which are perennial favorites and one of which is a local charity of our choice. Participation is open to ALL members, family, and friends.
Perennial Favorites-
Augie's Quest - ALS TDI funds research and development aimed at ending ALS by supporting the ALS Therapy Development Institute, the world’s largest ALS-dedicated drug development organization.
Employee Partners Care Foundation provides financial assistance to employees of ClubCorp’s family of clubs in times of crisis.
Our Chosen Charity-
The William D. Lynch Foundation for Children offers victim and survivor services in the fight against sex trafficking, offering career opportunities through its Seeds of Hope initiative, emergency and crisis funding through its Bridges of Hope initiative, and subsidized housing for survivors and their children through its Homes of Hope initiative.
All three beneficiaries are 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, additional details for which can be found below. Proceeds from the event will be processed through ALS TDI, Federal Tax ID 04-3462719.
Charity Festival - Friday, October 4, 2019

Donation includes live and silent auctions and concert by local favorite, Atomic Groove! A full bar will be available for purchasing drinks. A variety of San Diego's leading food trucks will be on site for purchasing food. Country club attire is required. Charity Festival is included with entry to the golf or tennis tournament. $15 per person through August 31, 2019 and $20 per person thereafter.
Golf Tournament - Saturday, October 5, 2019

Donation includes entry to the Golf Tournament, breakfast, lunch, and entry to the Charity Festival (details above). Participants will enjoy on course beverages and compete for prizes such as closest to the pin, longest drive, straightest drive, and low team score. As a single or a foursome, grab your clubs for a fun day of golf with a purpose. Proper golf attire is required. $125 per person through July 31, 2019; $150 per person through August 31, 2019; and $175 per person thereafter.
Tennis Tournament - Saturday, October 5, 2019

Donation includes entry to the Tennis Tournament, breakfast, and entry to the Charity Festival (details above). Open to men and women of all levels, participants will "compete" in a social, doubles, round robin format. As a single or with your doubles partner, grab your racket for an afternoon of tennis with a purpose. Proper tennis attire is required. $75 per person through July 31, 2019; $85 per person through August 31, 2019; and $95 per person thereafter.
Charity Festival VIP Upgrade - Friday, October 4, 2019
Enjoy all the benefits of the Charity Festival plus access to the exclusive VIP only lounge, which includes complimentary beverages, preferred viewing for the Atomic Groove concert, and a food truck meal voucher. Voucher has no cash value. Available only in combination with a Charity Festival, Golf Tournament, or Tennis Tournament registration. $55 per person.
