Flat Creek Country Club

Step into Flat Creek on October 6, and step back in time to our inaugural year: 1968.

Wear your 60's attire, and enjoy vintage drink prices, live music, dancing, game tables, prizes and a photo station. Heavy hors d'oeuvres including cheese fondue, sun-dried tomato and ricotta bruschetta, bourbon meatballs, mini crab cakes, cucumber shrimp, deviled eggs, veggie cup shooters, and assorted desserts will be included.

Help us celebrate our 50th Anniversary for a great cause. All proceeds from this event will benefit Augie's Quest, The Employee Partner Fund, and Healing 4 Heroes.

We invite the entire community to join us for an afternoon and evening filled with family-friendly events including a Chili Cook-Off, Screen on the Green and online silent auction that's live now. 

During the chili cook-off, enjoy live music from Brookfield-Member favorite Rob Symonette while tasting amazing chili, casting your vote for your favorite recipe and ultimately helping us crown the chili cook-off champion. Adult tickets to the chili cook-off will also allow you to take advantage of a craft beer tasting.

Contestants will be competing for a prize as well as for the chance to have their chili recipe featured on the View Bar & Grill's menu. Register today to compete in this exciting competition.

Concluding the chili cook-off, join us for Screen on the Green at 7:30 p.m. featuring family-favorite, Hotel Transylvania 2. 

Bring your blankets and chairs and sit back and enjoy this fun, family film. Snacks and refreshments will be sold while you enjoy watching a movie under the stars.

Play in our once a year Charity Classic Tennis Pro Am Tournament. All levels welcome and all proceeds go towards Augies Quest (ALS), the Employee Partners Care Foundation and the John Fair III Spinal Cord Injury Foundation this year! The John Fair III Spinal Cord Injury Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all Spinal Cord Injury survivors. 

“Wine a Little Bid a Lot” Dinner and Silent Auction

Enjoy being wined and dined for a good cause in honor of our 2018 ClubCorp Charity Classic. Dinner will feature a unique menu prepared by our Executive Chef and will include wine service with your meal and live music. Treat yourself and bid on one of our silent auction items that will be on display throughout the evening or try your luck at our wine pull. All proceeds benefit the Employee Partner Care Foundation, our local charity the CCEF Clear Creek Education Foundation, Augie's Quest to cure ALS.

2018 Canongate 1 Charity Classic

October 5-6, 2018

Canongate 1 Golf Club along with White Oak Golf Club is pleased to announce the 2018 Charity Classic that will be held at Canongate 1. Experience a great two-day event of fine food, good golf, and lively entertainment for a good cause. We are raising funds for Augie's Quest to cure ALS, Employee Partner Care Foundation, and our local charity of choice, Communities in Schools of Coweta County that provides services and support to students struggling to remain in school and graduate.

The event will begin on Friday night at 6 pm with a delicious BBQ buffet and entertainment in the clubhouse. On Saturday, the Charity Classic continues with golf. Tee times are available all day to members and guests.

Welcome and Background

Welcome to the 12th Annual Morgan Run Charity Classic, part of the world’s largest golf, tennis, and dining event.  Since its inception in 2007, the Charity Classic has raised more than $20.3 million for local and national philanthropic organizations.  Please join us in support of this year’s outstanding beneficiaries, two of which are perennial favorites and one of which is a local charity of our choice.  Participation is open to ALL members, family, and friends.

Perennial Favorites-

       Augie's Quest - ALS TDI funds research and development aimed at ending ALS by supporting the ALS Therapy Development Institute, the world’s largest ALS-dedicated drug            development organization.

       Employee Partners Care Foundation provides financial assistance to employees of ClubCorp’s family of clubs in times of crisis.

Our Chosen Charity-

       The Mission Within offers a unique treatment protocol for Navy Seal warriors who have returned from duty and who are suffering from brain trauma, PTSD and/or other forms of        emotional distress.

All three beneficiaries are 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, additional details for which can be found below.  Proceeds from the event will be processed through ALS TDI, Federal Tax ID 04-3462719.

Donation includes a delicious dinner, live and silent auctions, and music by local favorite Atomic Groove! A full bar will be available for purchasing drinks. Country club attire is required. Charity Festival is included with entry to the golf or tennis tournament. $65 per person.

Donation includes entry to the Golf Tournament, breakfast, lunch, and entry to the Charity Festival (details above).  Participants will enjoy on course beverages and compete for prizes such as closest to the pin, longest drive, straightest drive, and low team score.  As a single or a foursome, grab your clubs for a fun day of golf with a purpose.  Proper golf attire is required. $175 per person.

Tennis Tournament - Saturday, October 6, 2018

Donation includes entry to the Tennis Tournament, breakfast, and entry to the Charity Festival (details above). Open to men and women of all levels, participants will "compete" in a social, doubles, round robin format.  Use of a handicapping system will award "free" points, allowing players of different levels to engage in a more competitive match and compete for prizes. As a single or with your doubles partner, grab your racket for an afternoon of tennis with a purpose. Proper tennis attire is required. $90 per person

VIP Upgrade - Friday, October 5, 2018

Enjoy all the benefits of the Charity Festival plus access to the exclusive VIP only lounge, which includes complimentary beverages and preferred seating.  Available only in combination with a Charity Festival, Golf Tournament, or Tennis Tournament registration.  $40 per person.

Kids’ Club Charity Classic Camp

Friday, October 5, 2018 | 5pm - 9pm

Saturday, October 6, 2018 | 9am - 3pm

Donation includes entertaining games and activities, as well as lunch and/or dinner.  Kids' Club Charity Classic Camp will be available during all of the above described Charity Classic events.  Children must be 5 years of age or older.  $30 per child, per day.

Our Silent Auction will take place October 5 - October 12.

The 2018 Charity Classic at Blackstone and Black Bear will be donating towards Cancer Research specifically towards Leukemia. 

Join us at your Club the first week of October for our "Week of Giving" - a portion of the food and beverage proceeds from October 1st-6th will be donated to the following charities.

Each year, the Town Point Club hosts an annual fundraiser known as the Charity Classic to support Augie's Quest, the Employee Partners Care Foundation (EPCF), and a local charity. This year's efforts will benefit an organization that's near and dear to our community - the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore (Foodbank SEVA).

The Carolina Club is THE place to be before every home UNC Football Game with the best tailgating food and the most entertaining atmosphere around with appearances by the UNC Cheerleaders and Dancers, UNC Pep Band and Rameses & Rameses Jr.. Tailgate Parties start 3 hours before kick-off
