The event will be held atThe Rock Shrimp Co., 4775 Lake Ave., Rochester, NY onOctober 21, 2017starting at 5:30 PM. This will be a beer event with a number of Rochester area breweries designing a special beer just for this event. Each brewery will develop a beer and they will all be using a specialty hop designed just for raising money for ALS research. The Hops were donated by Loftus Ranches, one of the largest hop farms in America. Loftus Ranches is a huge supporter of ALS research and puts on theAles for ALSevent every year where they donate hops to breweries across America and then a portion of the beer sales goes toALS Therapy Development Institute.

Advanced tickets will be available online through Eventbrite. Tickets will be $20 in advance and $25 at the door. All money will go to De-Feet ALS, Inc. a nonprofit raising money for ALS research.

Food will be available and there will be music provided by Chris Moore Acoustics.

Set this date aside and come out for some great beer, music and a lot of fun!

Five breweries located in the Rochester, NY area will be brewing a special beer for the event. They will be using a hop blend which includes six different hop varieties. The hops are coming fromLoftus Ranchesin the Yakima Valley in Washington State. This will give you the opportunity to see how different style and flavored beers can be created while using the same hops.

We wish to thank the breweries,RG Brewery, Gael Brewing Company, Knucklehead Craft Brewing, Fairport Brewing CompanyandNoble Shepherd Craft Breweryfor joining us for this event, donating their time and ingredients to create something special. This type of event has never been done before in Rochester, so lets have a great turn out and make this an annual fundraiser.

Demolition Party
Sunday, October 22nd | 1:00 - 4:00 PM
To kick off the renovation project, we are hosting a demolition party! Please stop by the Club to help us "bring down the walls" and kick off the new construction of the NEW Norbeck Country Club! Throughout the event we will also be hosting various activities to help raise money for our Charity Classic.  

Our hearts are with the people of Houston who were affected by Hurricane Harvey and who are still rebuiliding. Two-thirds of the proceeds will go directly to the Employee Partner Care Foundation (E.P.C.F ) to help our fellow Employee Partners rebuilding in Houston. One-third of the proceeds will go to Augie's Quest (ALS) Augie's Quest is an aggressive, cure driven effort focused on finding treatments and cures for ALS.

Our Charity Classic weekend has lots of options for the whole family to enjoy. Sign up to participate in one or all of the events and help us support some great causes all while having a fantastic time!

Friday, October 20th
Friday Night we are kicking off the weekend with a Night at the Circus, a charity gala. A fantastic night of fun and fundraising! Join us for a semi-formal evening filled with music, special entertainment and exciting food. Place your bids at the silent auction and enjoy mixing and mingling with friends all while supporting a great cause!

Event begins at 7:00 pm and will close at 11:00 pm.

Saturday, October 21st
Bring the family the following morning for a fun run complete with obstacles, a color blast and a Family Fun Zone. Some of the awesome Cavett Kids campers and families will be joining in on the fun, games and food. It will be the perfect opportunity to learn more about this great charity and the wonderful services they provide. 

Check-In begins that morning at 8:00 am and the first wave of runners begins at 9:00 am.

Monday, October 23rd
Our weekend will conclude with a Golf Tournament on Monday. Come out for a fun, best ball format golf tournament on our East Course! Tournament will kickoff with a 10 am shotgun start and there will be an opportunity to win prizes in a closest to the pin and longest drive contest. You can sign up as an individual player or a team of four. 

If you want to be a part but cannot play, you are more than welcome to sponsor a hole. But maybe you want to sponsor a hole and play, you can do that too!
Every option includes a lunch and after-play awards with hor d'oeurves.

Join us for a very special evening as we celebrate the wonderful sounds of Motown, an unforgettable chapter of the 60's and 70's.  We will groove to the sounds of The Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, The Supremes, The Temptation (and more) from DJ Rick Love, a performance by Dennis Coffey, incredible food stations, Motown alumni and entry into our very own Motown store.

Along with Augie's Quest and the Employee Partners Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.), Children's Hosptial Los Angeles has also been selected to receive our proceeds. Children's Hospital Los Angeles touches the lives of many and helps thousands of families in need.
