Welcome to the 2017 ClubCorp Charity Classic, the world's largest golf, tennis and dining event. Since it's inception in 2007, the Chaity Classic has raised more than $17 million for local and national philanthropic organizations. This is the first year Bernardo Heights Country Club will be participating in the Charity Classic. Participation is open to all member, family and friends. This year's beneficiaries are ALS-Augie's Quest-Cure ALS, Employee Partners Care Foundation, and The Special Olympics of San Diego.

Join us on Sunday, October 29th at Bernardo Heights Country Club for the Charity Classic Golf Tournament followed by the Charity Bash and Silent Auciton. Registration will begin at 10:30am the golf tournament will be a 12:30pm shotgun with a 4 player scamble format. The Charity Bash will start off with appetizers & silent auction at 5:00pm, followed by a buffet dinner and awards.

Special Olympics San Diego provides year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports to 3,000 people with intellectual disabilities each year – at no cost to the athletes or their families. Special Olympics gives these individuals continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in the sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their community.

SUNRISE DAY CAMP
The only Long Island Summer Day Camp for children suffering with cancer and their siblings.  Their mission is to bring back the joys of childhoodwith their camp, year-round programs and in-hospital recreational activities provided to these children, free of charge.

Augie’s Quest is an aggressive, cure-driven effort focused on
finding treatments and cures for A.L.S. (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease

E.P.C.F.  (The Employee Partner Care Fund)
It’s purpose is to provide assistance to Employee Partners of ClubCorp and their immediate families during times of need.

Porter Valley Country Club is hosting it's annual Charity Classic Event. We will have a variety of activities planned Wednesday October 11th through Friday, October 13th.

Along with Augie's Quest and the Employee Partners Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.), Children's Hosptial Los Angeles has also been selected to receive our proceeds. Children's Hospital Los Angeles touches the lives of many and helps thousands of families in need.
