Bike 4 ALS is hosting a 2-hour Spin-a-Thon in Pennsylvania, and since I can't be there I'm hosting one in Cambridge, at the Cambridge Athletic Club in ALS TDI's building.

Special Guest Instructor & TST Ride Marshal Kevin Porter, aka Spin God, will teach the full two-hour class! He's planning a special 'encapsolated TST' for the occasion.

Refreshments will be served, and we'll have a champagne toast celebration at the end just like they're doing in PA. Why a Champagne Toast at 12pm on a Saturday in November? WHY NOT!!
