Weston Hills 4 ALS hosts a Golf Charity Event annually benefiting the ALS Therapy Development Institute. ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) is
a fatal neurodegenerative disease. The ALS Therapy Development Institute is the leading translational research center in the world for
ALS. In order to make this annual event successful we rely on our many sponsors. In appreciation for contributions, we give back in
the way of marketing and advertising. Please see the following as our recognition guidelines.
Lou Gehrig Lead Sponsor - $5000 plus - Special Recognition
TITLE - $2500 plus
- Top billing and mention in all communications
- Advertising board with logo 30 days prior to event in Pro-shop

Tee Sign Sponsors - $200– Sign placed on the course
Silent Auction – more visibility in the Pro-shop-The Silent Auction begins 30 days prior and tables are set out with a description of the
auction item and the name of the company and/or person who donated. If more than one item is provided each has a space. We can also place
your item ad (supplied by you) on the table. The value of the item or combined items provided will guide the recognition level. Following
the event, a sign is posted for two weeks listing the Auction Item, your company name, and the name of the winner.
Raffle Donors- All raffle donors have a large sign posted the day of the event at the site of the sign-up tables indicating their raffle
sponsorship by company. The more donations the more times your name appears on this sign, as each item becomes a raffle prize and has a
separate line on the board. Following the event, a sign is posted for two weeks listing the raffle Item, your company name, and the name of
the winner.
Hole-in-One Sponsors- Flyer advertising, communications to all players before and after the event.
