June 2, 2022 will mark the second annual Lou Gehrig Day (LG4Day)! This year, ALS TDI is inviting all members of the community to celebrate by honoring the legacy of Lou Gehrig and raising funds for ALS research.
Help Us Meet Our $25K Match. Vote on Your MLB Team!
We are thrilled to announce that our friends at the Playing Hardball Against ALS (PHAALS) Foundation have dedicated a $25,000 match to ALS TDI in honor of #LG4DAY! To meet this match, we are hosting a friendly competition to see which MLB team is the favorite in our community.
We are asking you to vote on your favorite baseball team by making a donation to ALS TDI. The winning team will have their pennant hung in the ALS TDI lab for the next year!
How to Participate
To participate, simply donate to your favorite baseball team’s fundraising page here – the amount is up to you, but the larger your donation, the better your team's chances of winning! The team that raises the most funds for ALS research at ALS TDI by 6/1/22 at 11:59 p.m. will get their pennant up in the lab for a full year! As our lab’s hometown team, the current pennant in the lab is for the Boston Red Sox. Which team will be the team to knock them out of the lab for the next year?? Or will Red Sox fans hold their spot!?
