ALS Awareness Month is Behind Us...

...and we could not be more thankful to everyone who took part in our efforts to raise much needed awareness of this cruel disease. From creating and sharing social media posts, to contributing to our #InThreeWords campaign (here's just a small sample of what was shared with us throughout the month), the 31 days of May saw incredible acts of kindness and compassion all across the ALS community. Thank you.

Tri-State Trek: The Ride to End ALS

We're gearing up for one of the most powerful weekends of the year! And if you're not, there's still time to get in on the action! Click here to register as a rider, crew member or volunteer by June 18th.

Is Radicava in Your Future?

If you are interested in exploring Radicava as a treatment option, you should strongly consider signing up as a participant in our Precision Medicine program. It is one of the easiest and most comprehensive tools in place to help gauge if a treatment is working. The program helps participants track their own individual progression online and data are shared privately with each participant via a secure online portal.

Think about enrolling in the Precision Medicine program today. In doing so, you will have a couple of months of baseline data before Radicava becomes available (August 2017), against which to track your progression should you pursue the treatment. If you are on another treatment or enrolled in a clinical trial, the Precision Medicine program offers the same benefits.

For the latest in ALS research, check out our national ALS Unfiltered program. And don't forget to check out ALS TDI webinars! They take place on a regular basis.

#whatwouldyougive is back!

Launched by Sarah Coglianese in 2015, #whatwouldyougive is a national awareness and fundraising campaign that challenges people to give up an ability (e.g. voices, arms, hands, legs), to understand what life with ALS might be like. It's back with a bang this year and you're invited to take the challenge! All will be revealed on June 14th, so make sure you stop by www.als.net for details!
