My husband was diagnosed with ALS on 7-14-2006 and then we heard about Dr. Martz and he diagnosed my husband with Lymes on 11-21-06. We just saw Dr. Martz on 2-23-07 for my hubbys 3 month check up. Here is the contact info:

Does anyone know who his patients are being referred to? My brother was diagnosed with ALS in late July (2007) and we've just now got a copy of his Lyme test results. I had intended to call Dr Martz's office tomorrow, but found this blog saying he'd closed up shop July 31, 2007. Talk about terrible timing. Who else can one contact? From what I've read, he's the only doctor who wasn't a scam artist! Please help.
