If you’ll be at the 2024 Craft Brewers Conference in Las Vegas, April 21-24, keep an eye out for the Ales for ALS™ team! This year members of our team will be at the convention and we are looking to connect with other attendees. In addition to attending educational seminars, we will be spreading the word about the Ales for ALS™ program and giving away free Ales for ALS™ swag.  Send us a message on FacebookInstagramX/Twitter, or by email at alesforals@als.net if you’re interested in connecting!

We’re looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new brewers interested in the program – so reach out if you’ll be there and would like to learn more. We’d love to come by your booth, attend your event, or share a pint! Come by the Yakima Chief Hops booth to find Ales for ALS™ swag all weekend and enter to win free hops from Ales for ALS™ and YCH. You can also find us at the North Carolina Craft Brewers Guild High Roller Observation Wheel Ride on Sunday, April 21st with postcards and stickers to give away.

On Monday, HUDL Brewing Company will host the Ales for ALS™ Roundup, an event where customers can round up their bar tab to make an additional donation to support ALS research. The Ales team will be on site to share more information about the program and how brewers can sign up to participate.

Ales for ALS™ is a program that brings together brewers and beer lovers to support a great cause – ending amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Through Ales for ALS™, brewers around the country create a special brew using a unique hop blend, which they receive free of charge, courtesy of Yakima Chief Hops and Loftus Ranches. Then, they donate one dollar pint from every pint sold to support ALS research at the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI).

Won’t be at the conference? The Ales for ALS™ team will begin the 2nd leg of our cross country RV road trip  in June! Along the way, we plan to visit supporters, attend events, and recruit new brewers to the program. To learn more about the Ales for ALS™ road trip, click here
