In 2026, the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) is offering athletes the opportunity to run in some of the world’s most prestigious marathons – all while raising funds and awareness to help end ALS.
Whether you want to run in Paris, Boston, or Big Sur, this is more than just a chance to test your endurance. It’s a way to support the groundbreaking, community-funded research happening every day at ALS TDI. As the world’s most comprehensive nonprofit biotech focused 100% on ALS research, ALS TDI relies on passionate community members to fund our urgent work of discovering and developing effective treatments for everyone with ALS.
All applications are due by November 7, 2025, and all runners will be notified by November 21, 2025.
