URGENT: The COVID-19 epidemic is severely impacting the progress of ALS research at the ALS Therapy Development Institute. If you are able to give, will you please provide an immediate gift to fund our lab?

Focused - Efficient - Collaborative

The ALS Therapy Development Institute is committed to total financial transparency. Since the beginning, we have made it a priority to share how we raise and spend the donations we receive with the ALS community. See why CharityNavigator.com and GuideStar have named us one of the most efficient ALS organizations in the US. Currently, we are the only ALS organization to make all our audited financial information available online.

But we couldn't do this without your support. Every gift makes a difference in how quickly we can discover and develop treatments for ALS.

We Are An Open Book

We bring this open-door philosophy into our research strategy as well. Through a series of webinars, live chats, daily updates, and in-person discussions, the Institute utilizes new ways to make the ALS drug development process approachable to the community. This includes attending and presenting at meetings of the global research community and membership in advocacy organizations serving PALS and their families worldwide.

Below is displayed our financial information for the last five years.

Detailed audit reports and Form 990s are available for public inspection for every year of our history.

I believe - as did my husband, Pat - that ALS TDI is the most innovative, efficient, and creative ALS research lab in the world. I'm honored and thrilled to be able to support ALS TDI with the same sense of passion, dedication, and love that they provided to me and my family over the years as Pat lived with his ALS.

Every person I meet at ALS TDI has a personal connection to the disease- each one has a dedication that cannot be adequately described in words. They give hope to our entire community.

I support TDI because the objectives of the organization are clear and transparent. They want to get a drug into me and others like me to put an end to ALS. In my interaction with the researchers and staff, I can tell that people genuinely care about the plight of PALS, and that they are personally invested in finding a cure for this disease. I am moved by this dedication, and I strongly believe that when a cure comes, it is going to be because of the efforts of this organization.
