Join Us For ALS Awareness Month

May is ALS Awareness Month and this year we are trying to open up a dialogue with those outside of the ALS community through the theme #AskMeAboutALS. The purpose of this year's theme is to encourage people to ask questions so that they can learn more about ALS and why research is needed. To learn about how you can get involved in #AskMeAboutALS this month, click here.

Dedicate a Mile at the Tri-State Trek

Whether you can make it to the Tri-State Trek or not this year, you can honor someone you care about through our new Dedicate a Mile program. By donating $500, you can choose to dedicate one of the 270 miles along the Trek route. Select a mile based on a number that has particular significance, perhaps a birthday or anniversary, or based on a special location along the ride. The team at the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) will use a photo you send us to create a sign in their honor. Your loved one will then be recognized at the rest stop before their mile occurs so riders can see to whom their next mile is dedicated. Learn more here.

#AQuestforMoreLife

Over the last two years, the #AQuestforMoreLife campaign at Orangetheory Fitness has raised $6 million for Augie's Quest to Cure ALS which benefits ALS research at the ALS Therapy Development Institute. This year you can participate in the campaign at your local Orangetheory from May 1 - 15 or sign up for an Augiethon on May 11. Thank you to Orangetheory Fitness, their members, and staff for helping us #EndALS! Help us thank your local Orangetheory Fitness by clicking here.
